Welcome to OddsChecked. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, tools, data, predictions, subscriptions and related services.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using OddsChecked, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. What OddsChecked provides

OddsChecked is a sports analytics and betting-intelligence software platform. The service may include tools such as:

• AI match predictions
• Score predictions
• Daily value bets
• Fair pricing estimates
• Best odds or market comparison
• Bet slip checking
• Bet tracking
• Arbitrage scanner
• Copy bet tools
• Market data and model confidence indicators

OddsChecked is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, casino, betting operator or gambling platform. We do not accept bets, hold customer betting funds, process wagers or pay out winnings.

2. No guarantee of results

All predictions, odds comparisons, model outputs, value ratings, signals and recommendations are provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Betting profits
• Winning bets
• Accurate predictions
• Specific outcomes
• Uninterrupted data availability
• That any market, odds or opportunity will remain available

Sports betting involves risk. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use OddsChecked.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of OddsChecked is legal in your country, state or region.

4. Account registration

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, attempt to bypass access restrictions, misuse free trials, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, or use the platform unlawfully.

5. Subscriptions and trials

OddsChecked may offer free plans, paid subscriptions and free trials.

If you start a paid subscription or free trial, you authorize our payment provider to charge you according to the plan selected after the trial ends, unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Plan access may differ between Free, Pro and Premium tiers. Free users may only receive limited access, such as Best Odds. Premium tools such as Copy Bets and Arbitrage Scanner may require a Premium plan.

6. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. OddsChecked does not store full payment card details.

Prices, billing periods, trial periods and plan features may change. Any changes will be shown before purchase or renewal where required.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription through the account dashboard, billing portal or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund past payments.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activity
• Attempt to access paid tools without an active plan
• Resell or redistribute OddsChecked data without permission
• Scrape, copy or automate large-scale extraction
• Interfere with the platform's security or operation
• Use the platform if prohibited by local law

9. Data accuracy and availability

Odds, market data, predictions and sports information may come from third-party APIs, providers, models or data sources. We try to provide reliable information, but data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable.

You should always verify information before making decisions.

10. Intellectual property

OddsChecked, including its branding, software, interface, models, copy, graphics and dashboard design, is owned by OddsChecked or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsChecked is not liable for losses related to:

• Betting decisions
• Incorrect predictions
• Inaccurate odds or data
• Missed opportunities
• Subscription use
• Platform downtime
• Third-party provider failures

12. Changes to the service

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
